MUNNAY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

How much does shipping cost? For domestic orders, shipping cost is a flat rate of $30 usd designs.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time for all products purchased by our virtual store ranges from 8 to 15 business days for delivery, which will be counted from the date of approval of the transaction

The delivery of the products is established by the transport company to be delivered from Monday to Friday during business hours, if the recipient is NOT found, the package will enter the re-dispatch process and may take additional business days

For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 extra business days.

Please note: due to the color and nature of the suede dyeing process, some flecking or marks may be present in material // When the process is handcrafted it can have some mistakes, that’s way every piece is unique.

If for any reason the fit doesn’t work, we’ll be happy to issue a refund in the form of a Gift Card, valid exclusively at www.mvnnet.com. Please note that no refunds to the original payment method will be made, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
